Our clients are welcome to upgrade to a new creation featuring a larger Metal Urges diamond at any time, with our ‘no loss’ upgrade guarantee applied to all diamond creations.
Terms and Conditions:
- Each traded item must have a minimum carat weight of 0.25ct and must have been originally purchased from Metal Urges.
- Trade-in/upgrade diamonds must be in perfect condition and will be authenticated by a Metal Urges gemologist.
- The new purchase must be at least 50% greater in value than the item being traded in.
- Only one piece of Metal Urges jewellery can be used toward an upgrade at a time.
- The full purchase price of the original natural white diamond will be deducted from the price of the new piece
