  • You are responsible for ensuring that anyone using your internet connection complies with these terms.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days.

4. Contract of Sale

  • A binding contract is formed upon order confirmation and receipt of full payment.
  • Only individuals aged 18 years or older can enter into this contract.
  • We may refuse orders due to payment issues, shipping restrictions, or at our discretion.
  • Our liability is limited to refunding the amount paid.

5. Payment

  • You confirm you're authorised to use your selected payment method.
  • Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit cards.
  • We are not liable for any payment authorization failures.

6. Store Pickup

  • Pickup is available daily from 9:00 AM at:
    3/105 Liverpool Street, Hobart, TAS 7000
  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

7. Shipping Policy

Insurance and Tracking

All shipped items are fully insured for their replacement value. Tracking confirmation is provided automatically via email once your order is out for delivery.

b. Free Australian Shipping

  • Free shipping is offered on all orders within Australia.
  • Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours.

c. International Shipping (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP)

  • We offer international shipping using DDP, which includes all duties and taxes.
  • Flat shipping rate of AUD $250 applies to all international orders.
  • Shipping charges, duties, and insurance are displayed at checkout.

Countries we do not ship to:

  • Russia, Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, Vietnam, and all African nations including Madagascar.

8. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 5 business days of payment by emailing us.
  • Cancellations after this period are at our discretion.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspect your parcel upon delivery and preferably in front of the courier.
  • Claims for damage or defects must be made within 5 business days.
  • Email photos and order details to: info@metalurges.com.au.

10. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
  • Refunds exclude the original shipping cost.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • To initiate a return, email info@metalurges.com.au with your order number and reason.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and logos on the website are the property of Metal Urges Fine Jewellery.
  • Use is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
