Order processing

Please allow up to 1 business day for us to process your order. You will receive an email notification within 2 business days confi rming that your order has been shipped.

Insurance and tracking

All shipped items are fully insured for their replacement value. Tracking confirmation is provided automatically via email once your order is out for delivery.

Shipping options

Store pickup

Orders are available for pickup daily from 9 am. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Shipping within Australia

We off er free shipping on all orders within Australia. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours.

International shipping

We ship internationally using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping*. This means that all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the price at checkout, ensuring a seamless delivery experience for you.

* Please note Delivery Duty Paid shipping is not available on orders sent to Brazil. Delivery costs to Brazil do not include any customs duties or taxes which may be applied by customs at your destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient in such cases.

By law we are required to declare the full value of your parcel. For more information we recommend contacting your local customs authority directly. Any parcels returned on the basis of a refusal to pay any duties and taxes will be refunded, excluding any shipping fees.
